How to turn an email into a to-do item in Todoist, ToodleDo, Asana, Any.Do, etc by simply dragging it to a mail folder.

To set this up:

  1. Create a new Mail Folder called "Create Todo"
  2. Create a new Filter:
    • When mail arrives in folder "Create Todo"
    • Forward Message to Address "" (or whichever to-do management system you're using).
  3. Next time you want to create a To-do item from an email, simply drag it to the "Create Todo" folder.
